BSE Scouting

Scouting Report and/or Game Film Service 

BSE, LLC also offers a scouting report and/or game film study service. Our head scout will travel to the game (or watch game film) to critique a client. An evaluation report will then be written about the client’s strengths and weaknesses. The report will also contain suggested drills to improve the weaker areas of the client’s game and to solidify his/her strengths.

Why is skill development needed? 

To be a complete basketball player one needs both sound fundamentals and a competitive edge. With the globalization of the game of basketball, individual training is becoming more important to the advancement of young players. BSE offers individual training to assist players in reaching their goals through an intense training environment that will supplement their current training.   

When it comes to our high school or college players, we focus on the offensive and defensive systems they currently run or the systems they will be running at the next stop in their career.  This puts them ahead of the curve in terms of understanding and excelling with their team; leading to ultimate confidence and better performance. 

Professional athletes will have a tailor-made regimen to fine tune skills for their position. This will include a preliminary workout to assess strengths and weaknesses. The assessment will help determine the best course of preparation. We prepare them specifically for the league in which each individual will compete. For example, some European leagues are a lot more physical than others, so we would add more strength training, and for the leagues that involve more transitions, we add more conditioning. 

Individualized training sessions are available for youth and adults of all ages, male and female. Each client will participate in an initial assessment to determine skill level and areas for improvement.
